Greek Community Project RSO
During my second quarter at UW, I was selected as a delegate for the Greek Community Project. This is an organization for members of the Greek community who are interested in developing their leadership skills and are passionate about creating solutions to the issues within the Greek Community. With this organization, I attended a retreat emphasizing personal leadership development while also working together to generate events and ideas that will best combat the problems within the Greek Community. The retreat was one of the most amazing experiences of my freshman year. I got the chance to develop my leadership, reflect on my core values and what they mean to me, and I met an incredible group of people who share many of my passions. I hope to continue working with these individuals and the Greek Community Project in the future so that I can help other students have the same influential experience that I did, and continue to develop solutions to the systematic issues in the greek community.
